♚ The Rose Thief .
    Name : Radiance

    Age : 14 (turning 15 soon)
    Sex : Female
    Height : 5' 5"
    Species : human
    Occupation : Thief
    Acquaintance : Light


    About:
    - greedy and cold
    - cynical/ negative towards life and others
    - good at smuggling, sneaking, planning, and being quiet
    - has bad social skills, doesn't talk a lot, solitary
    - independent, but will agree to work for others for a price

    Additional Information:
    - has a few permanent body scars
    - stealthy and flexible body, but thinner than normal
    - The press calls her "The Rose Thief" because of the rose on her cape (rose brooch she inherited from her mother), only information known about her is that she is female, no older than 16, has black hair, and purple eyes.
    - she does not go to school (only those who had enough money was able to go to school)

    She does not really live at a set period? Most likely a time period like the late 1800s- early 1900s and a place like a small chain of cities in England is where I see her I suppose. Her outfit is very unsuited though, which is why I can't really make it on that specific time and place.

    Bio:
    There was once a couple who ran away with each other to avoid a planned marriage made by their parents. Their families were rich and they were able to smuggle enough money to help them start their new life in a cottage at the mountains. Being pampered since their birth, they sadly did not know how to fend for themselves during the first few months. By this time, the woman had been carrying a child. Eventually, the man had befriended a few locals who taught them what they needed to know. The mother grew ill for the next few years and died when her daughter was only less than 5. After losing one of the most precious girls in his life, the husband vowed to protect the last person who resembled her so much, the last person that was his true family...Radiance (reason for name unknown).
    The father spent most of his savings on medicine and treatments for the mother and eventually went bankrupt. He had to work many jobs for hours everyday which left her daughter alone at home. When she was alone, she would read books that her father was able to borrow (was educated like this). She would do housework as well.
    While coming home from collecting firewood, an assasin came into their home and burned it after murdering her father who wasn't able to pay his debt. When she got there she hid behind the trees to observe the scene and overheard the police say that her father and her was dead. Radiance at the time was scared to turn herself in because she thought that she would be sent to the orphanage (which was rumored to enslave their children, even if tere wasn't any actual proof). She decided to move to the small abandoned shak by the river at the mountains. In order to survive, she tried to take jobs at the town but wasn't able to because there were other, better people than her applying as well (other orphans, older people, males, etc.) She ended up growing up as a thief for a living who made trips almost every night to steal from the town.

    I don't know where she actually lives, but I'm thinking of a town in England. Her alternate outfit seems a bit modern so I'm going to edit it soon.
